Summary

Amends the

Charter of the United Nations Act 1945
and
Customs Act 1901
to: strengthen the enforcement of United Nations Security Council sanctions and introduce an offence regime; and the
Criminal Code Act 1995
and
Income Tax Assessment Act 1997
in relation to bribery of foreign officials.
